Sept 13 was a beautiful morning for aerial views. Great visibility, light winds. Flying with Taylor from Blue Hill Helicopters in the R-44. This series made shortly after sunrise. Camera is the Canon 5D Mark 3-SR for super Hi-Res images.
300th anniversary of Boston Lighthouse. The original structure was destroyed by storm, later structures by fire & war, so this one dates from 1783.

The clock on this tower began ticking 100 years ago this week. The tower dates from 1915, and the Greek Revival building below from 1836.
